Wroclaw, Poland, 16.03.2018; AmRest Holdings SE („AmRest”) (WSE: EAT), the largest publicly listed restaurant operator in Central Europe, announced signing of an Exclusive Development Agreements with Burger King Europe GmbH for Czech Republic and Slovakia. In total, AmRest plans to open over 50 new restaurants in both countries.
Recently signed contracts assume a rapid development of Burger King chain in Czech Republic and an entry with the brand into Slovakia. In accordance with the agreements, AmRest plans to open 40 new restaurants in Czechia and 15 in Slovakia in the coming five years. Moreover, the Company will be responsible for managing the marketing funds of these countries.

Burger King is a part of AmRest portfolio since 2007. Currently the Company operates 41 restaurants in Poland, 12 in the Czech republic and 1 in Bulgaria.
